With over 1,000 attendees including investors, incubators, and emerging founders, the challenge was to create an event that balanced education, networking, and live pitching in an engaging format. We developed a three-day structure featuring interactive demo pods, themed discussion panels, and investor speed-meeting zones that facilitated over 300 one-on-one sessions.
To enhance participation, we implemented a digital matchmaking platform that connected startups with suitable investors based on funding stage and sector focus. Interactive dashboards tracked interest levels, pitch ratings, and feedback in real-time, providing both participants and organizers with actionable insights.
