We developed a comprehensive “Safe Event Protocol” — a strategy combining health screening, contactless interactions, and emergency readiness. Each step of the attendee journey was designed for minimal physical contact and maximum reassurance.
Implementing Advanced Safety Protocols
Registration was handled through digital pre-check-ins and QR-coded passes. We implemented real-time crowd management, regular sanitization schedules, and smart ventilation systems monitored via IoT sensors. Medical teams and safety officers were positioned across zones to ensure quick response capability.
